Enter the zoo before opening time to secure a place at the table for a VIP Breakfast with Mrs Claus before the elves sneak you in for an unforgettable experience, meeting the man himself in Santa's Grotto. You might even receive a small gift if you've been good this year!
Then, make family memories as the kids become Santa's little helpers on a Festive Family Trail, discovering more about the zoo's inhabitants and collecting clues on their ideal gifts – before reporting back to Mrs Claus.
See the zoo's animals feasting on their own Christmas treats ahead of the big day. But there's plenty for you to tuck into too... Indulge in sweet treats from the Sensory Sweet Shop and make your way through a forest of candy canes, clouds of candy floss and marshmallow meadows.
And the fun doesn't stop there, with rides to enjoy for all ages, including carousels and swing boats.
All activities this Christmas at ZSL London Zoo adhere to the latest coronavirus safety guidelines and requirements, ensuring a safe and fun day out for all the family.
Meet Santa *#
Little ones can meet Santa in his magical grotto at the heart of the Zoo and receive a very special early Christmas gift to take home.

VIP Meet Santa *#
For an extra special treat, our elves will sneak you into the Zoo at 8am before opening for a VIP Breakfast with Mrs Claus before meeting the man himself!

Fun Festive Family Trail
Santa's arrived early to London Zoo to do some research on what the animals would like for Christmas. But he'll need your help, because with over 18,000 animals there's far too much for just him and his elves to manage. Grab a trail card and head out across the Zoo gathering information along the way, before reporting back to Mrs Claus in the polar post room and helping to make sure all the animals get the perfect present this Christmas!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all we are limiting the number of visitors each day to help manage social distancing. Tickets are released regularly in batches so please keep checking back if the date you want is unavailable, and book early to avoid disappointment.
